Sung Knowles is a commercial realtor who focuses her expertise on retail, industrial, multi-family, and office buildings. For the past ten years, Ms. Knowles has worked with both buyers and sellers, primarily in the South Florida market.  She enjoys the negotiation process a great deal and her strength lies in her ability to identify and secure off-market opportunities for her clients. She has represented clients in multi-million-dollar deals, mostly off-market, including business brokering. She is versed in both residential and commercial markets, with the bulk of her business occurring in the commercial arena.

Prior to entering the commercial real-estate sector, Ms. Knowles was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, where she focused on managed preferred assets as well as municipal bonds.  She was the first in her financial advisor training class at Morgan Stanley to procure an eight-million-dollar municipal bond client alone, making her the first person to do so in the training program’s history. In addition to the industry-required Series 7 license, she also held Series 66, Series 31, Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses.  

Ms. Knowles received her Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations in the South Florida community. Notably, she co-chaired two galas for KidSafe Foundation (in 2018 and 2019), served as an Angel Mom for Place of Hope, and was a Woman Volunteer of the Year Nominee at the Junior League of Boca Raton in 2018. 

She is a proud mom to her two sons, Alexander and Jonathan, and she enjoys playing the piano whenever she can.  She is honored to serve on The Symphonia’s Board of Directors.
